friv4school.io (hereinafter "site") is the website of Rovers ICT. Use of this site and the services of Rovers ICT implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Access to and use of this site and the services of Rovers ICT are subject to the conditions below, unless otherwise stated in additional terms. Information about Rovers ICT and its services is provided subject to the following terms. By agreeing to these terms, the user declares to have read and accepted them.

1. Content posted with the services of Rovers ICT

1.1 Rovers ICT only provides services that users can use to publish content on the internet. Rovers ICT does not regulate the communication between users in terms of content, and is not responsible for statements made by users of the site.

1.2 All websites, games and/or information hosted by Rovers ICT that, in the opinion of Rovers ICT, are misleading, violent, racist, or discriminatory in nature will be removed once discovered by Rovers ICT.

2. Intellectual property rights

2.1 Rovers ICT discourages the posting of information that is protected by intellectual property rights. Rovers ICT facilitates this by providing the option to report illegal content, after which it will be removed. In case of repeated violations, the user’s account may also be removed. Rovers ICT itself does not check for illegal content and therefore cannot be held responsible for the content, including files, data, and materials, of pages created by users.

2.2 The information, names, images, and logos related to Rovers ICT are the property of Rovers ICT and may not be used without permission from Rovers ICT.

2.3 The user hereby declares not to perform any actions that may infringe on the (intellectual property) rights of Rovers ICT or third parties. The user acknowledges and accepts that any unauthorized use of files, data, and materials protected by intellectual property rights constitutes a violation of these terms of use and of applicable law, including but not limited to copyright law.

3. Liability

3.1 Rovers ICT or its employees cannot be held liable for any damage of any kind arising from or related to access to or use of this site, or the use and distribution of information contained on this site.

3.2 Although Rovers ICT makes every reasonable effort to keep this site free of viruses, it cannot provide any guarantee. Liability for viruses is therefore excluded. It is advised to take all generally applicable and possible security measures before retrieving information from this site.

3.3 This site may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors, which will be corrected by Rovers ICT once discovered. Rovers ICT is not liable for misunderstandings arising as a result of unintentional inaccuracies or typographical errors.

3.4 Rovers ICT is not liable for the content of third-party websites accessed via (hyper)links on this site.

4. Payment

4.1 Paid services offered by Rovers ICT must be paid in advance on a biennial, annual, semi-annual, quarterly, or monthly basis.

4.2 If the user chooses automatic debit, the amount will be automatically debited according to the user’s choice (annually, semi-annually, quarterly, or monthly). The term will also be tacitly renewed for another year, half-year, quarter, or month, depending on the user’s choice. The user may cancel this by changing their settings at least one month in advance, or by contacting Rovers ICT in writing regarding the termination.

5. Privacy

All data provided to Rovers ICT, including any payment details, will be treated as confidential information and will not be disclosed to third parties by Rovers ICT, unless necessary for the provision of Rovers ICT’s services. At present, we do not store visitor data; only Google Analytics and Google AdSense store anonymized data.

6. Other obligations of the user

The user agrees not to disrupt the normal functioning of this site by hacking it or altering the information it contains, nor to prevent access to this site for other users.

7. Other provisions

7.1 Rovers ICT reserves the right to make changes, improvements, and/or modifications to the information, these terms, names, images, logos, or services at any time and without prior notice.

7.2 These terms of use are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court.
