Jack White deactivated his record label from Twitter on Sunday, saying that Elon Musk's reinstatement of Donald Trump's account on the social media platform was a shame.
Musk announced Saturday that he would allow Trump back on Twitter, saying the decision came after a public poll. White responded that Musk was helping Trump get tax breaks.
White praised Musk's work with Tesla, but said that Musk has gone too far by allowing Trump to return to Twitter.
He said that he would not let the KKK hold a rally at his record label's performance stage.
In a follow-up comment to his own post, White said he'd be deactivating Third Man Records' account from Twitter.
He said the account would be looking at other social media platforms for his label and his artists.
